The Drinking Underground Challenge

The following terms and conditions apply:

1. The initial challenge will be to cover all of Zone 1 (including cross-zone stations) before 31-Dec-2005.

2. Subsequent challenges to be confirmed, but will generally involve incrementing the zones and completing each zone before moving to the next one, stations covered out of zone will be deemed to be invalid and must be visited again at the correct time.

3. "Pub" is defined as a public house that is not one of the major chain pubs: slugs, pianos, all bars, walkabouts and o'neils are all immediately invalid. Update - No (ex) Hog's Head or T&J Bernards from Z2 either! 

4. The nearest pub is defined as that closest to the exit of the underground station. In the event of there being more than one exit, preliminary surveillance should be made of each exit before a decision is made. 

5. Both parties need to agree that a pub is valid.

6. Photographic evidence of both parties is required before a station can be marked as complete.

7. The price of pints of Guinness and Lager will be recorded. In the event of the pub not serving the beverage of choice, a suitable substitute can be quaffed.

8. Quality ratings are given out of 5 stars. Both parties should agree on the ratings.
