Busy, noisy, lively but unspectacular |
| Facilities | 6 x TVs, large screen, 2 x fruits, 1 x IT Box quizzer | |
| Ladies | OK barmaid (aren’t they all?), and a good third of the pub were also female, some quite tasty |
| OVERALL | A late flash of cleavage turned an average 2.5 into a strong 3! |
Head vasemmalle (or for the non-Finnish ‘left’) out of the station past the iconic BBC studios and down to the T-Junction
you will see The Green. It was jam packed with people who had been watching the Chelscum Champions League clash
although the quota of ladies was quite high (which you would expect because football is a sport for both sexes – there
is no sexism on MD nights… Ahem).
The pub is actually very close to the Shepherd’s Bush MD bar, but as it is the closest that we could find, we do not make apologies, in fact we are making a mini-pub crawl quite easy for you all! The pub had a nice relaxed feel and on this barmy autumnal night the doors and windows were wide open which left a nice breeze floating around the place. Time to squeeze in a last beer at Queensway...

A fallen British institution. To think, this place
has seen such greats as Hancock, Ronnie Barker and Noel Edmonds!
