 OVERALL  Depressingly tired and dreary

After returning to the train laden with greasy takeaway food, we spent a good 10 minutes waiting for the train to take us back the one stop to Stonebridge Park. I guess we will need to get used to this as we get further out from the centre. Eventually it came and deposited us nicely next to a road with some industrial looking buildings about. We mentally flipped a coin and headed off left, through a windy estate and luckily coming to a high street after about 5 minutes. The Innisfree is one big bar, divided into two sections by a partion wall across the centre with a big hole in it. Some bar flies stood about and the big screen was showing some non-memorable footy match. We got our pints and retreated into a corner to do some people watching. We quickly realised that this was all that anyone ever does in this pub. The place was really quite depressing with not much banter and lots of tired weary faces staring into the bottom of their glasses, no doubt wondering if they could do without heat for a another day to get an extra pint in. This truly was the pits. We tried to make a rude word from the word cocktail, but got bored and that was that really. We have been in worse places, but without even the "excitement" of potential physical violence, this place really is bad. We hate the area, we hate the pub and we pity the fool who wants to come here. Try over at Harlesden...

Afraid it's not a thumbs up for this pub!
