On a roll after two corkers, we were met with a disappointing lack of pubs visible from the station. We decided to turn left and a 3-4 minute walk later, our forward scout Guest 3 discovered the ludicrously named Boogaloo. Inside pictures of musicians covered the walls and posters advertised upcoming gigs. Obviously a music venue, we headed off to the bar. The mad Irish barman told me that the price on the till was wrong and that it was actually 50p more than advertised. Not too bothered about this obvious scam, I paid up and we all sat down, although it should be noted that Guest 11 also commented on the high prices here. The place is dark with fairly tatty old furniture, but it was a nice cozy place to have a drink in. Musicians walking past with bits of drum equipment and the pub cat added amusement to this place. The highlight was possibly "The World Famous Boogaloo Jukebox" - an Old Fashioned Wizard apparently, with songs having to be at least 10 years old before they qualify for inclusion. They don't make them like that anymore. Anyway destiny awaits at Archway...

Tim goes all Doctor Who...
