Despite this being very close to Euston, it is a station in it's own right and was treated as such. Surprisingly, there wasn't anything obvious within sight so we had to head off down a side road, coming to a street with the Crown & Anchor on the corner. Of interest was the 3 (THREE) Vegetarian-only Indian restaurants on the street, we had inadvertently stumbled into Linda Mc Curry land. The pub itself was clean and airy with much of the facade open to the air. However, that was about it really. There isn't really very much good or bad to say about this place. It probably looked better from outside than it actually was, but the beer was fine. We whittled away our drinking time on a new quiz game on the itBox, the Pink Panther - not bad game play and probably worth another look next time. I had to rush off home to do some work for my Dad, so we decided to call it a night and to pick up again on Wednesday with a trip to the nearby Great Portland Street.
